Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cod strips into the garlic butter mixture until coated.
- Place cod strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and lime zest in a small bowl.
- Serve cod strips hot with the sweet chili lime sauce drizzled on top.
