A fun and healthy treat, Galaxy Grapes are perfect for parties or just as a sweet snack!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups grapes
  • 1 cup yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Rinse the grapes and pat them dry.
  2. Dip each grape into the yogurt and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze for 1-2 hours until the yogurt is firm.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Dip the frozen yogurt-covered grapes into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Freeze again for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use any type of grapes you prefer, red or green.
  • For a healthier option, use dark chocolate with a higher cocoa content.
