Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill the muffin tin with the batter and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for coating.
  7. Once the muffins are cool enough to handle, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
