- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill the muffin tin with the batter and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- Once the muffins are cool enough to handle, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the batter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
