- 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, eggs, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, baking powder, and ground cumin. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Can be frozen for longer storage.
