A delicious and healthy flourless chickpea bread that is gluten-free and packed with protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, eggs, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, baking powder, and ground cumin. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Can be frozen for longer storage.
