  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rosewater

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, mix the rice flour with 1 cup of milk to create a smooth paste.
  2. Add the remaining milk and sugar to the saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  3. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and begins to boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and stir in the rosewater, cardamom, and salt.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and let it cool.
  6. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.
