Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the hazelnuts and rolled oats. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add almond butter, honey, espresso powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
