Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread mayonnaise evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with corn, mozzarella, and cotija cheese.
  5. Sprinkle chili powder and salt over the toppings.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with lime juice and cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the topping.
