Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over the dough.
- Top with corn, mozzarella, and cotija cheese.
- Sprinkle chili powder and salt over the toppings.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with lime juice and cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the topping.
- Great served with a side of guacamole.
