- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add in the drained tuna, cheese, and chopped spinach; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
