Instructions

  1. Place the Rice Chex cereal in a spacious bowl and set it aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe container, heat the white chocolate in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring after each interval until it becomes velvety smooth.
  3. Once melted, mix in the vanilla extract and sea salt until fully incorporated.
  4. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the Rice Chex, gently folding the cereal until every piece is coated.
  5. In another bowl, blend the crushed freeze-dried strawberries with the confectioners’ sugar.
  6. Transfer the chocolate-covered cereal into the strawberry-sugar mixture, tossing carefully to ensure an even coating.
  7. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow it to cool for approximately 30 minutes.
