- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, and oil. Mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding lemon zest or a drizzle of glaze on top.
