- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Blend in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gently fold in the flour until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the top is burnt but the center is still slightly jiggly.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
