- 1 loaf bread (such as Italian or French)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the loaf of bread into squares without cutting all the way through.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Drizzle the butter mixture into the bread cuts.
- Stuff shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese into the cuts.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Open the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and bread is golden.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
