- 1 pie crust
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Layer the crumbled bacon and cheese in the crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
