- 3 medium potatoes
- 200 grams light cheese
- 100 grams diced ham
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic

- 200 ml cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer the potatoes, ham mixture, and cheese.
- Pour the cream over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
