- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine dates, walnuts, oats, and salt. Pulse until well combined and a sticky dough forms.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.

- Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
- Feel free to substitute walnuts with your favorite nuts or add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
