- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add crushed graham crackers to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Dip each chilled truffle in melted chocolate and return to the parchment paper.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For an extra touch, sprinkle some orange zest on top of the chocolate before it sets.
