- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the dates and nuts and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the oats, nut butter, and honey; pulse until well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips if using.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
