These Date & Nut Energy Bars are a perfect snack for a quick energy boost, packed with nutritious ingredients and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the dates and nuts and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add the oats, nut butter, and honey; pulse until well combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
