- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture; mix in.
- Add the flour and gently mix until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the batter and swirl with a knife.
- Add the remaining batter on top and swirl again.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For an extra touch, sprinkle some chopped nuts on top before baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
