Instructions
- Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
- Blend the soaked dates and peanut butter until smooth.
- Spread the date mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and pour over the mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
