A delicious and healthy twist on traditional snickers using dates as the base.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
  2. Blend the soaked dates and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Spread the date mixture into a lined baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips and pour over the mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
