- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond butter, sea salt, and erythritol until well combined.
- Line a muffin tin with liners and pour a small layer of chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
- Add a dollop of the almond butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Cover the almond butter layer with more melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cup.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
