Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar until pale and thick.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and salt until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set in the middle.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
