Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar until pale and thick.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract.

  7. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.

  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  11. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
