Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together coffee, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
