- 1 cup chopped dandelion greens
- 1 cup chopped nettle leaves
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk, starting and ending with flour.
- Fold in the chopped dandelion greens and nettle leaves.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
