Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and add the pork belly, cooking until crispy.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and carrot to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Add the udon noodles to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork belly in soy sauce for an hour before cooking.
