Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and add the pork belly, cooking until crispy.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, and carrot to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well.
  5. Add the udon noodles to the skillet and toss everything together.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
