- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and toss again until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra crunch, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
