- 2 packets instant ramen noodles
- 1 cup pork ears, cooked and sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili oil (optional)
- 1 boiled egg, halved
Instructions
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, stirring to combine.
- Cook the ramen noodles in the broth according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, heat a little oil and fry the sliced pork ears until crispy.
- Once the noodles are cooked, serve in bowls, topped with crispy pork ears, green onions, and a splash of chili oil if desired.
- Garnish with a boiled egg half.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork ears in soy sauce and sesame oil before cooking.
- Using homemade broth will enhance the taste.
