Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook as per package instructions.

- Once noodles are cooked, stir in the soy sauce.
- Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with crispy ear mushrooms, sliced green onions, and a soft-boiled egg.
