- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the chicken thighs with olive oil and dip them in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
