Ingredients

  • 4 cups brewed chai tea
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the brewed chai tea, milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Stir well and heat until warm.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Serve in cups, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.

Notes

  • Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated. Reheat before serving.
