Instructions

  3. Spread half of the sliced mushrooms over the potatoes.
  4. Add half of the caramelized onions on top.
  5. Layer half of the Brie cheese slices.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Pour heavy cream over the top and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  8. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
