- 2 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup caramelized onions
- 1 cup Brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes evenly.
- Spread half of the sliced mushrooms over the potatoes.
- Add half of the caramelized onions on top.
- Layer half of the Brie cheese slices.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour heavy cream over the top and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
Notes
- For a crispy top, broil for an additional 3-5 minutes after baking.
- Make sure to slice the potatoes thinly for even cooking.
- Can substitute Brie with another soft cheese if desired.
