- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup passionfruit juice
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Add butter and combine to form a crust.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, mango puree, passionfruit juice, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and baking powder.
- Pour the mixture over the baked crust and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, chill the bars in the fridge before serving.
- These bars can be topped with whipped cream or additional fruit.
