  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup passionfruit juice
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Add butter and combine to form a crust.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, mango puree, passionfruit juice, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and baking powder.
  5. Pour the mixture over the baked crust and return to the oven.
  6. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
  7. Let cool before slicing into bars.
