- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine avocados, mint leaves, honey, coconut milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone mold.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, remove from mold and cut into bars.
- Enjoy your creamy avocado mint chocolate ice cream bars!
Notes
- For a higher sweetness, add more honey or maple syrup.
- These bars can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Try adding dark chocolate chips for an extra crunch!
