Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package phyllo dough cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Place phyllo dough cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the artichoke mixture into each cup.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
