- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package phyllo dough cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Place phyllo dough cups on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the artichoke mixture into each cup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or a splash of lemon juice.
