Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Stuff each mini pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until peppers are tender.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
