- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Lay out phyllo sheets and brush each sheet with melted butter.
- Place a portion of the cranberry mixture at one end of the phyllo and roll it up into a spiral.
- Brush the top with egg wash and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a vegan version, substitute butter with coconut oil and omit the egg wash.
- These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
