- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread cream cheese on each slice of French bread.
- Top with cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle with chives and black pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until bread is toasted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Can substitute cranberry sauce with fresh cranberries for a tangy twist.
- Best served fresh but can be kept in the fridge for a day.
