- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- skewers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce over medium heat until warmed.
- Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce until fully coated.
- Thread the meatballs onto skewers and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped herbs to the meatball mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
