Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • skewers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce over medium heat until warmed.
  6. Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce until fully coated.
  7. Thread the meatballs onto skewers and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped herbs to the meatball mixture.
