Instructions

- Spread a thin layer of the mixture over each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces and fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
