- 1/4 cup brewed coffee

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, brewed coffee, crushed ginger, chia seeds, dark chocolate chips, and salt until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup.
