- 3 ripe bananas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the softened butter.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flours, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with brewed coffee.
- Fold in walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
