Instructions
- In a medium pot, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
- Once melted, stir in the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.

- Make sure to use refined coconut oil for a neutral flavor.
- This fudge can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
