- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, dip each truffle into melted dark chocolate to coat and return to the tray.
- Refrigerate again until the chocolate has hardened.

- Store the truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
- They can also be rolled in extra shredded coconut for added texture.
