- 1 cup dried mango, chopped
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped dried mango, shredded coconut, almond flour, honey (or maple syrup), cashew butter, vanilla extract, salt, and chia seeds.
- Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
- These bliss balls can also be rolled in more shredded coconut or crushed nuts for added flavor.
- Feel free to substitute the nuts or nut butter for allergies or preferences.
