Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together shredded coconut, sugar, flour, and salt.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, melt the butter and mix with sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Add flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Spread the brownie batter into the prepared pan and layer the coconut mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
