Delicious and energizing coconut lime fat bombs made with MCT oil, perfect for a keto lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup MCT oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut oil and MCT oil until well blended.
  2. Stir in lime juice, erythritol, lime zest, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  4. Place in the freezer until solid, about 30 minutes.
  5. Once set, remove from molds and store in the refrigerator.
