Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut butter and MCT oil until smooth.
- Add lime juice, erythritol, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid.
- Pop out of molds and store in the refrigerator.
