Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in walnuts and raisins, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
- Great as a topping for desserts or enjoyed on its own.
