Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Layer the ingredients in a dish, starting with noodles, then cream cheese mixture, pudding, and chocolate chips.
- Repeat layers and finish with a layer of whipped topping and crushed peppermint on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
