- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the cranberry juice, water, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the hot juice mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vodka.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses or molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to serve chilled for the best experience.
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace vodka with additional cranberry juice.
