  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the batter onto the prepared baking sheet evenly.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then remove from oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and roll up the cake from one end.
  7. Unroll the cake, spread with caramel sauce, and top with pecans and whipped cream.
  8. Roll it back up and chill before serving.
