- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the batter onto the prepared baking sheet evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, then remove from oven and let it cool slightly.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and roll up the cake from one end.
- Unroll the cake, spread with caramel sauce, and top with pecans and whipped cream.
- Roll it back up and chill before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to roll the cake while it’s still warm for better shape.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
